Street Credit Ministries Foundation (SCM) is a multi-state nonprofit ecosystem that integrates housing stabilization, behavioral health programs, workforce development, media production, and property preservation into one scalable, self-funding framework.

Our model converts underutilized property and untapped human potential into active community infrastructure — without requiring property sales, heavy upfront capital, or fragmented services.

What We’ve Built (The Framework)

Street Credit Ministries brings together five interconnected systems that reinforce one another:

Using property preservation and license-to-use agreements, we:

Behavioral Health, Sober Living & Life Skills

Through partnerships with licensed clinics, Street Credit Ministries delivers:

Services are Medicaid-aligned and government-recognized, allowing programs to be self-funded through service reimbursement, not donations alone.

Our programs function like a work-learn-earn pipeline, similar to:

Productions qualify for state film tax credits, which can be:

• Leveraged with banks

• Used to support operations

• Reinvested into housing and programs
